I'm visiting some of my girlfriends since I'm town and I figured I'd stop by while here. First time at the Black Rabbit and I had a pretty good experience. The food was solid. I had the Eggplant sandwich (the full one not the half) and my one gf had a salad although I don't can't remember what she had. The eggplant sandwich was good. It was actually pretty damn good. And my one gf enjoyed her salad too. She also got a cranberry tito's vodka and said it wasn't bad. So, besides the food and drinks, the vibe was pretty chill. Good spot to drop by for some food or a quick drink. Next time I'll let one of my Tinder dates buy me some food here. Recommend.

Best bar... Hands down... And the wonderful female bartender made our evening. I’m from California and wish we had this vibe locally. If you’re looking for great drinks, good prices, and friendly staff... This is the place to go! Thanks for the amazing service.

I was visiting for a night and I googled dive bars near me. I was not disappointed. Everything I wanted in a bar in historical Savannah. A great space, servers and food! I had the Cubano (minus aioli). Definitely stop by if you’re in the area

The Black Rabbit, a great bar that doubles as an even better sandwich shop! Indoor and outdoor seating is always available for lunch. The half sandwiches do the job for me for a filling lunch as they are stacked so high. The roll that the sandwiches are served on is always soft and fresh. Their sides, soups, and salads are also scratch-made and delicious. Highly recommended!

Oh man everything was delicious. I’ve been meaning to come by and try this place, but every time I did I found it at a closed time. Luckily today my boyfriend and I had time to try it out and we were not disappointed! The drinks were absolutely delicious. I loved the bergamot spritz but my boyfriend’s Yuletide mule was to die for! Only downside was we couldn’t take any to-go (we live downtown), but will definitely be back for more! The food was spot on. Everything hit the mark on tastes. Sure you can make a sandwich at home, but are you really going to make this good of a sandwich? No, no you’re not. So go to the shop, and order yourself a banger sandwich! 100% will be back very soon to try more!

This is a great bar on Henry and Barnard. Lots of character. Busy, lots of different people, varied ages. Seating is limited. Not a lot of tables. We sat at the counter, looking out over the street. It was good. In better weather, they do have a few tables on the sidewalk. Server was polite and attentive. My husband ordered a Guinness and I had their Autumn Gold cocktail. Their spin on a Manhattan. Delicious! Sandwiches and salad on the menu. My husband got the 3 Piggies and I ordered the Van Gogh. The bread on both sandwiches was outstanding. My Van Gogh was grilled to perfection. Crispy on the outside, doughy on the inside. The sandwich meats were quality. We split a side of German potato salad. Made with new potatoes, mustard and vinegar, it was the perfect accompaniment to our meal. It was a good thing we only got one side because the sandwiches were filling. We rarely order dessert but we saw they had cheesecake from Auspicious so we had to get a slice and of course, it did not disappoint! I would highly recommend checking this place out. Nothing fancy but a good place to go for a quick bite or drink on a Saturday afternoon.
